Product Overview

What is GT-SCORG?

GT-SCORG combines the geometry calculation capabilities of industry-leading screw machine design software, SCORG (developed by PDM Analysis), with the multi-physics and system modeling capabilities of GT-SUITE. With GT-SCORG, screw machine manufacturers have a one-stop, integrated solution for simulating the performance of a screw machine in the complete system.

GT-SCORG is integrated directly in GT-SUITE and is the result of a long-term collaborative development between GT and PDM Analysis.

Ease of Use with GT-SCORG

With GT-SCORG, engineers can easily simulate a screw machine. Starting from the rotor geometry, GT-SCORG automatically generates profiles of the chamber volume, leakage areas, and port areas, as well as a ready-to-use GT-SUITE model. Engineers can evaluate and predict the thermodynamics, flow rates (accounting for internal leakages), and power consumption.
