Gamma Technologies, LLC (GT) is looking for a Summer Intern in our IT Group. The intern should have a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Internship activities will be varied, and will likely include several of the following:
- Assist with Network & PC configuration, Active Directory security, software deployments.
- Provide daily desktop support through investigation and service requests.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program with an Information Technology degree focus leading to a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Windows 7 &10 operating systems, Active Directory and file system security.
- Project management skills a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux a plus.
- Knowledge of any scripting or programming languages a big plus.
- Excellent organizational/communication skills.
