What You Will Do

You will be at the heart of our European operations, reporting directly to management and working closely with the local team on a variety of tasks. You will also maintain daily communication with our administrative team at our US-based headquarters, as well as with colleagues in other global offices. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless internal operations and effective external interactions with customers and suppliers.

  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including purchasing (e.g., hardware and supplies), answering incoming calls, and supporting corporate legal, accounting, and HR teams in the coordination of various projects and tasks.
  • Event Planning & Training: Partner with the corporate marketing team to support the annual European conference and other global events. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for conferences. Oversee planning and execution of monthly client trainings, expos, and other external events.
  • People Support: Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Support HR related topics such timekeeping, vacation schedules, and medical or parental leave.
  • Licensing Administration: Collaborate with sales, legal, and clients to ensure timely and accurate issuance of software licenses.
  • Accounting Support: Work closely with corporate accounting to manage client and vendor invoicing, payments, and employee expense processing.

 Additional Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Additional language skills are a plus, particularly French, Italian, Czech or Greek.
