Gamma Technologies LLC (GT) is looking for an enthusiastic marketing specialist to join our global marketing department and provide support for our worldwide marketing programs/activities. This full-time position is based out of the subsidiary office located in Pune, India. The required working hours will be 3 pm to 11.59 pm IST to allow collaboration with global teams.
As a marketing specialist, you will collaborate with Gamma Technologies’ marketing, sales, and application engineering teams in all stages of marketing projects and programs. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing initiatives to scale the Gamma Technologies’ brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. engineering and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Assist in the creation and buildout of a new WordPress-based corporate website – working with content creators to edit, SEO optimize and follow best-in-class standard for tagging and optimization of pages for improved inbound activity
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media and web)
- Presentation support
- Help collect, update branding, archive and distribute marketing materials.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management & marketing automation systems (Salesforce and HubSpot)
- Help organize and manage marketing events
- Assist in creation of video/animated content
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- BS or Masters’ degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience in simulation software industry in a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, analytics and Google Analytics a plus)
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices, willingness to collaborate with a small team
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Adobe creative tools (Photoshop, Premier, etc.) is a plus
