Gamma Technologies develops, markets, and sells engineering simulation software called GT-SUITE. GT-SUITE is used by over 600 companies including all leading OEMs around the world. Position Summary:
HR
- Support the HR team through completion of daily HR related tasks including filing, office organization, project coordination, creation of employee communications and much more.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department.
- Administer and maintain the applicant tracking system, headcount reports, organizational charts, and various tracking spreadsheets
- Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance (i.e. I-9 forms, labor posters).
- Assist with new hire onboarding and helping ensure compliance with all necessary documentation.
- Provide support with annual open enrollment (benefits) related activities.
- Respond to verification of employment.
- Payroll support.
- Assist with team building events and all company functions.
- Assist the HR team with posting positions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings
- Assist with employee engagement activities over the summer.
Legal
- Assist in the preparation of permanent residency (green card) applications.
- Correspond with outside counsel to ensure timely visa filings/application completion.
- Assist with preparation of official correspondence for visa travel (seasonally busy time).
- Create new and organize existing Public Access files required for all visa holders, to ensure they meet all federal/state immigration recordkeeping requirements.
- Create new and organize existing customer files to ensure all documentation is current and complete.
- Support the legal department with completion of daily administrative tasks such as filing, organization, project coordination, as needed.
