Account Manager/Business Development Manager (BDR)

Gamma Technologies, LLC (GT) is looking for an Account Manager/Business Development Manager with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us.

Position Summary

The AM/BDR will assist the sales and marketing teams with all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation via social media and marketing efforts, through to ownership and maintenance of existing accounts including renewals.

This position requires an individual with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to grasp technical concepts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage specific accounts in the US and Europe regions, proactively contacting them to identify their needs prior to subscription renewal.
  • Generate renewal quotes and ensure that renewals are processed, looking for growth opportunities during interaction with customers.
  • Directly contact leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Post updates on social media platforms and cultivate leads who interact on these platforms.
  • Assist with the coordination of tradeshow efforts and attend some shows to engage with leads.
  • Assist with outbound sales efforts related to prospecting potential new and existing customers via email, social media, and phone.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

  • BS degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field, desired GPA of 3.2.
  • Curious about technology that helps companies solve complex problems.
  • An outgoing personality with a desire to build relationships with customers.
  • Acts with a sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and persistent work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Business-to-Business Sales, preferably selling a complex solution.
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM as well as Social Media Platforms and Marketing Automation tools (ie. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, Pardot, Zoominfo, Twitter).
  • Desire to grow professionally and take on additional responsibility/roles as it is earned.
