What You Will Do

You will play a strategic role in driving growth for Gamma Technologies’ aerospace and defense simulation solutions. This position focuses on helping existing customers maximize the value of GT software across aircraft, propulsion, thermal management, and mission-critical system development while expanding adoption across their organizations.

You will also lead new business development initiatives targeting prospective customers across the aerospace and defense ecosystem, including:

  • Aerospace OEMs and aircraft manufacturers
  • Defense contractors and prime integrators
  • Space and launch vehicle companies
  • Propulsion and power system developers
  • Government research laboratories and defense agencies

This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in complex B2B engineering software sales, and the ability to position GT-SUITE as a leading platform for system simulation, digital twins, and mission-critical engineering performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within aerospace and defense organizations while expanding GT’s footprint within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders, program managers, and executive decision-makers
  • Position GT-SUITE as a platform for system-level simulation, digital twins, and performance optimization for aerospace and defense systems
  • Drive outbound sales efforts through prospecting into new programs, divisions, and global sites within existing and new customers using email, phone, social media, and networking
  • Represent GT at aerospace and defense industry events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with GT application engineers and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customer programs
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Travel approximately 30–50% (domestic and international)

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or technical sales within CAE, simulation software, digital engineering, or digital twin technologies
  • Experience selling complex engineering software solutions in aerospace, defense, or high-technology industries
  • Familiarity with system simulation tools (GT-SUITE preferred), digital twin concepts, and Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business and program value
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and navigating multi-stakeholder procurement processes
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,00 – 110,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Sales commissions and performance-based incentives are offered in addition to the base salary as part of the total compensation package.
